thing u circled is the dipstick
u pull this out
wipe away the oil
stick it back in
pull it back out (no dirty comments here )
see if the oil reaches in between the two marks on the end

yellow oil cap is where u top it up if its low

the big one is for the oil ,the yellow one on the left is your dipstick and the one with the black bit is for your auto transmission fluid
