well i would had have to attend court every other week, and now be left with a criminal record and the 200 hours of service.
thing is if i denied everyfin i wud had been in the same position as these others

ye. the thing was on that night all 3 of us got arrested for the same thing. seen as i didnt do anyfin id thote it be best if i told the truth. so i got away with it but had to give a statemnet of course. because of this statement i had to attend to court in Jan. if i chnaged my story i would probably had been in the same situation as the others and all 3 of us wud had got the punishments 
but one of them didnt plead guilty the other week and because he got me kidnapped he has now got to wait till june for his courtdate. the cops have told me i MUST go but they can get to fuck really. the way the cops have treated me i dont see why i shud help them out. but i cnt see this other guy getting away with it seen as his mate pleaded guilty
