right i have conviction code TT99 on my counterpart licence. this means i have exceeded 12 points and have been banned.

NO where i mean NO where will give me insurance BUT tesco and directline ONLINE QUOTES let me.

i put down my code and 6 month ban..ect

if i process this online will they reject it at a later date?

ALSO if i do not write down my code and ban length, will they check up? can they? if no can police if they did a routine check?

i know i will get in trouble if i do this and get a in a big accident but si it worth it??

If your banned dont be a dickhead and drive...its just down right silly...

If they are quoting online it must be a error on there part as im sure if u called uo they would not insure you!

just tell them everything, it will come back down eventually, and the money you save now isnt worth the fines etc later on.

If they accept the quote on-line then they shouldnt reject it at a later date. And yes declare everything about your ban because if you have an accident and there are discrepencies you may find yourself uninsured.

they do cover mods and will replace them if u have declared them but u have to be over 25 and have no younger drivers on the policy under the age of 25....

if u where to have a accident and u didn`t declare th MODS , mostly what happens is that they will make u pay an additinal prenium for the mods and raise the xs very high.....

there was a 18 year girl that had tinints and 17`s she wrote of a brand new car and that car spun and hit two others the claim ended costing £25k and we still payed out.....

tesco specialise in drivers with lots of points (specifically drink driving convictions).

if you declare the code, date and length of associated ban it's all you need to do. as long as your license is valid and you've acted in the UTMOST GOOD FAITH by declaring the information requested and not witholding any linked information that could be relevant, then you'll be fine.

ps - tesco you CAN do mods.

how do I know?

cos I quote for tescos.

it depends on the mods (i.e. value for cosmetic, and bhp increase for performance mods) as to what endorsements (clauses) they impose.

if you have a claim they often ask for the license to be sent in (and post it back to you) in order to confirm relevant entitlements.

don't risk it. if you don't declare your insurance will probably be withdrawn in the event of a claim, and then you'll have an IN10 to add to your collection.

To be honest mate i haven't got a clue. I'm with Tesco and when i put in all my details online, within a week i had all my insurance documents through with no problems.

If i was you then i would just sign up and if they void your insurance in a few weeks or so then at least you have had the car for X amount of time on the road.
