yeah they sorted all mine out, rang them up, told them what the proplem was, cost me £30(ish) and they came out the next day to do it!

ring insurance company, they will send someone to come replace it, normally costs £50 that you pay them (instead of £250 or something). Doesnt touch NCB or anything else.

read your ploicy, go to a dealer that is listed.... leave car with them. They take a copy of you policy and take the excess off you.....

walla new window..... no phone calls, no waiting ewtc

with direct line (who i was with when it happened), i rang them up, they said they will get the company to ring me...

10 minutes later I get a call off my local RAC windowscreen place, they arranged a date then come over at said date..do it all on my driveway, glance at my policy maybe or confirm my name then fook off.

Mine has no histroy at the moment, but I will be keeping all receipts for it from now on!

Trouble is there is no garage receipts as i did all the work myself so far!
