I wana add a couple of tunes to a cd already with music on it, how can i do it, can't see an option too with my record now thingie!!!

if youve already written onto a cd then you cant add anything unless its a CDRW

yea it's a cdrw, what you mean by the cd being closed gambit? I didnt make the cd, but i wana add a couple of tracks ive got on mp3!!

you can add more onto it, unless it has been closed
if you close it, then nothing else can be recorded on it, its like a locking option

Actually the cd is a Sony CD-R
So im guessing you can get CDRW CD's and CDR CD's, but can only overwrite/add files to the CDRW CD????

If the cd has burnt and it plays in a normal CD player it has been closed which means you carnt add any more music to it.
Best thing to do is go and buy amother CD or a pack of cds you can get them from anywhere. spindle 25 about £8. Then go into nero or whatever you are using and create new audio cd add the tracks from the origanal cd and also add the mp3's.

Yesh cheers, was hoping to avoid buying more cd's but looks like ill have too!!!!
Also one last question, can i use my nero software from the old compute with my writer on my new comp? Coz the sftware ive got on here is crap

Maybe, Some writers have specific nero software best thing to do is try and install it? You may get a meaasge saying "incorrect drive for software" or somthing like this this means it wont work basically.
If thats the case download it
