Un-installing IE is nigh-on impossible TBH because of how it's so integrated in the OS these days. I'd be more inclined to visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download the latest version

grrrrrr, ive done al the updates but im still having problems with it! basically, when i click a link, it will open a new window, but wont follow the link, the address bad is blank. i have to right click the link, copy shortcut and then paste in the new window

wel im running mozilla with a new theme at the mo, its not bad but id prefer i explorer to work!, if u could sort that out 4 me jaffa thatd b great!

To uninstall IE you need to go to Control Panel >> Add Remove Programs >> Add/Remove Windows Components, then take the tick out of the box next to IE... press next then finish, reboot and go through that same process but putting a tick in the box to re install, that will remove it totaly and re add it to your system.
