Start this morning, had to cut the splitter because it was too wide. but i cut a bit too much off, opps! anyway made slits and the splitter fits in smoothly but the problem is the is a big gap between the splitter and bumper???
What can i do???

id say cut the lip off round the bumper
and then bolt the splitter on

Next thing is to put the middle bit i accidently cut off can i just bolt it all together and then filler the gaps where i cut it?

hard to explain what i did but i'll try:
cut along the top of the splitter leaving only the sticky out bits in the same position as on the standard splitter,this meant the new one could just slide on where the other came from. it took bloody ages and it wasn't easy to do but once it was on it looked perfect and there were no gaps.
i've got photo's of the splitter off the car but i dont know how to put them on the forum,i'll get my brother to do it when he gets in if its any help.
