Drove a 130 (139bhp) from romford to dartford and can't belive what good cars they are,
i driven a couple of them before, but just aquick blast down the road, but on motorway driving and round the lanes they really are very good cars
the torque that they produce is really good, and it still pulls so well in 6th gear (i drive a 1.2 8v) and i really want one of these now

I like Golfs, bit lardy but properly screwed together with a real quality feel.
Drove a V6 4Motion a bit back, floored it in 5th uphill from 30 and it just pulled really smoothly.

Not that I remember, it was a couple of years ago though and it was brand new. I remember the brakes were very responsive though, they took a bit of getting used to.
I liked all the gadgets too, cruise control, climate control and all that stuff you control off the stalk, trip computer, MPG etc. Very impressive when I'd only really driven a 1ltr Corsa up to then!
I felt it was more of a relaxed cruiser than a sporty model, I didn't have much chance to have fun with it though as it was my ex bosses and he was sat in the passenger seat.

Most VAG TDis have more than the stated power figures. The 150 for example has been tested at 170bhp on the rollers standard.
