taken from ebay; dunno if it can be worked out from this info but;

Four Speedline wheels with two Michelin tyres.The wheels are in good condition,no damage except for scratches to the paintwork which have been done during transport to events.They have had little use.The offset is 5.75 inches measured from the inside mounting face to the inside of the rim,see photo WITH TAPE MEASURE The PCD is 100mm,four stud.The tyres are 17/65-15 W71.

You'd need to know the total wheel width to know for sure..

But if its a 7" wheel (total width 7.5) then it would be 7.5/2 = 3.75..

3.75 would be the middle of the wheel.. Then if you take 3.75 from the 5.75 you get a 2" offset - 50mm...

Get him to measure the entire width of the wheel and i'll let you know bud.
