Im getting a bit worried now, my eyes are all baggy, ive had about 6 hours total sleep since thursday, I feel tired and want to sleep yet can't, and ive only eaten about 2 meals this weekend, im loosing weight as my watch now likes to move on my arm a little more. Im fucked up

Ned get yourself to the doctors try and eat somat i know its hard cus of wats happened but no point making yourself ill over it is there. The doctors might prescrib you with some Amitriptyline help you to relax and get to sleep.

yeah i was on antidepressants quite a while ago,. Depression can be a real illness, get yourself to the doctors mate. Plus anything the doctors prescribes must be pretty good
