Old but still quite funny!!

Police have issued a warning to all dog owners:
Watch your dog.
A sniper has been picking off dogs one at a time and almost a dozen have been killed or wounded so far. Police say they have a suspect and an arrest warrant has been issued but so far they haven't been able to nab him.
