Wear a suit imo they will be impressed that you have taken the time to make extra effort.
In an interview it is better to turn up in a suit, than to turn up looking scruffy.
Its more than likely that you'll be interviewed by someone wearing a suit.
Just my opinon, good luck dude

If you want to make the right impression wear a suit and tie for def mate, if you don't wear a tie they might feel you have a casual approach or are not serious about the job.

Make sure you prepare mate, and have questions to ask (not about pay!!!). Ask about training and development, and have an answer for why you want to work in the motor trade etc.

To be honest mate, in a sales job, an accademic record isn't important. Its how you come across. Sounds bollocks, but be confident and believe in yourself.
They'll be looking for the 'gift of the gab'. As long as you are confident in what you are saying, and have done some research into the role you'll be fine.
They'll ask you how you take rejection - when a client says no to a product or service etc. Prepare an answer for this like, 'i'd overcome the objection through asking open questions, find out why they are saying no, and close them on a yes' Or otherwise say you wouldn't let it affect you etc - Its all sales speach
Hope this helps mate.
