that induction kit must suck in so much hot air
Surely that will loose performance

needed it because of the plate of the front bumper covering the o/e cold air feed - its nto too bad tho actually, havnt noticed any positive or negative gains - and at teh end of the day its a 1.2 8v, I wouldnt have even put a filter on if it hadnt have been for the cold air feed been blocked up - no point modding a 1.2 8v is there

plus if u look closely theres a cold air feed just vissible above the slam panel, above the drivers side head lamp, which feeds from the bottom grill section by the towing eye - I slightly modified the cold air feed tue that came with the induction - widening the mouth of ti - so more air is fed into it, then comprressed as it gets smaller in diameter

Heres Mine:

I have one question about this engine......why do you have the warm air feed from the manifold still connected when you have an induction kit? Understandable if you have an air box for cold mornings (and the vacuum pipe will shut it off when it reaches optimum temperature) but doesnt this defeat the object?
