started on the rear bumper, got it last week like this

have cut it all up and put 5 inch in it and made brackets ect, the rectangle holes are gone now2 after this pic

thinking of either 2 twin 4inch exhaust in the spaces!
or cut the centre of bumper up a little more and put 2 6inch tail pipes there!

wot u guys think, ascar in sheffield are intrested in doing the system! any of u guys got email address/phone numbers of other places who are good at custom exhausts please! thanx

you seem quote handy, can you make one yourself and just weld some trims on, thats all tey do anyway. what im doing on mine, there is no aftermarket full systems for the td as its totally difference to the petrols and im not paying 400 quid for an exhaust.

i have allowed £400 for the exhaust! dont really wanna spend more!

the brakes look luch, was tempted 2 put them on the flaming corsa for now but i have resisted, going on when the engine goes in! martin the fella i meet 2 get brakes off was top bloke!

was scary taking brand new 206 carcept bumper and cutting it down the centre

here is a pic of the car without the bumper, with me brackets all welded up 2 rod going round back of the car so the fibreglass wont crack when! well thats the plan - hehe

u dont want the zausts too close to the bumper tho......i'd say get 2 ovals, but with bout 1"-1.5" gap around em to avoid melting/staining bumper etc
