How would a slightly buckled wheel (back left) effect the car! Is it safe to drive!

well eventually it will fall off due to movement so no its not safe

It not noticeable (mind the spelling) but you can see it if your driving behide my car!

Suspension stress, tyre wear, vibration throughout the car etc. etc.

i cant see how it would fall off but it would probably cause damage to things such as wheel bearing and like ian said above

u may not feel it if its on the back but if the police are following u then u may get pulled

try gettin it balanced and check your studs are tight regularly

orrrrrrrrrr like u said get a new one
