when i got my subs, i got a extra wire thing with it.... the guy said it changes subs from like 4ohm to 2ohm or sommit. Its like a adapter with a wire from 1 port to the other....
1) what does it do / affect bass wise...
2)how does this work :s

Im guessing the wire thing u got with it basically changes ya subs between being wired in parallel or series.
Basically what that does is alter the impedience to your amp and inturn that alters how much power ya amp will produce.
For example at 2 ohms an amp might produce 700 W Rms but at 4 ohms it may produce only 400 Rms. Not all amps are stable at low impediences (1 ohm etc) but most wont have any problems running at 2 ohms and above etc.
