Race between what speeds etc?
1/4 mile I'd put my money on the Corsa both times... providing it had a good driver...

The Top are all the same around 7secs.... The Clio may nudge ahead... But the bottom the 2.0L Corsa Turbo would do 0-60 about 1-2 secs quicker... 5-6secs

If we`re talking 1/4 mile then Clio in first race and Corsa turbo in second. Although Golf would probobly get away quicker.

In the first one, too close too call
the second it'll be the LET that blows the others away.

4 motion aint that quick, was reminded of this whe i took one out for a drive on thursday, i agree with LET corsa, and i think it would be tight between the clio and a 2lt corsa

i had a race with a clio 172 last nite and it lost (mines got tb's, i assume a let would win as well) would be close between a 2 ltr corsa + the clio in the 1st race me thinks

now im not sure if i should get 2 litre or a 2 litre turbo. cos my 2 mates have a 4motion and the other the 2litre clio. for the extra money is it worth the turbo?

would be a difference of about high 14 second qtr mile or a high 13second qtr mile depending on the driver. So yes, a fair difference between them.
C20LET will cost you more to maintain than the XE lump
New tyres every month with the LET
Basically if money is no issue then build a kick-ass 2.0ltr turbo corsa.....

XE conversion - £1500
TB's - £3000
Nitrous - £1000
a reliable turbo'ed corsa is going to cost you around 5k anyway
