Surely a premium rate number wouldnt start with 07?

If someone rings me and i miss it i dont ring them back anyway. Unless i recognise the number of course.

This was actually on the news not long ago, it is true but i don't think it was £50 a minute - along those lines though!
It was setup in some pikey country, but got found out and has been cut off.

It was on watchdog but i dont think it was an 07 number, i believe they left a voicemail for you or something.
