Easiest way to find out is to give HIC or wherever a call for a quote.
Prices fluctuate daily depending on the market and how much commission the person on the end of the phone thinks they can get out of you.

You've not told us about where you live, your circumstances other than your age and your NCD.

What car is the engine in? How else is it modified? Where is it parked? What is your annual mileage?

Even after all that we'll still be no better to advise you.

i very much doubt you will get a quote because most insurance companies dont touch engine conversions unless you have a years no claims, and probably not till your 21 either.

just as a guide, mate tried insuring a clio rt with a 16v engine conversion, wouldnt touch it, but they insured him on a clio 16v, same engine , same car but wouldnt give him a quote as he had no noclaims and was 20 at the time.
