I sold two damaged front bumpers on ebay and there were pictures of them on there. The bloke came and collected them, saw he saw them, now hes saying i conned him and that i didnt say they were that damaged surely he saw when he collected?! Anyway hes now saying he wants his money back or he'll take legal action through ebay. WTF.

Where do i stand on all this?

Cheers

if you described them as damaged and had pics he's not got a leg to stand on m8...

Ebay will look into it but in the long run won't take legal action..The transaction is a matter for both parties.Ebay will help to resolve it but legal action..I don't think so...

He aint got a chance. You can offer him an apology. Say he should of checked over the goods thoroughly and you never tried to hide it. Say if he doesnt stop e-mailing and contacting you you will inform the police of harrasment
