I eat to much and don't exercise enough I enjoy going the gym but just don't have the time. Used to go early in the morning but i'm only getting 5 hours sleep a night a the mo top

I'm about 5.4 and 8.3 stone. I feel like i'm getting fat though I walked for about 20 mins today and was fecked, could be the sleep prob though

Last time i went the gym i was 8.1 but i'd not eaten and had a number 2. All the men in my family are fat and i'm getting worried

divide pounds by 14 n this will give u the weight in stone n pounds
