how much modding would a 1.4 16v need to be as quick or quicker than a gsi?

cause the torqe give you accel, power gives you top end. thr 1.4 is 89lbs and the 1.6 105lbs, so if you get the 1.4 a boost of 16lbs (ish) then is will have the same pull.
Inlet is the answer, take you pick really
