If install Office it automatically adds an Outlook icon to your desktop, i deleted it, but now i want it back, i dont want a shortcut i want the original one that it gave me, how do i get it back?

try properties of file and there should b a check box to create a desktop icon sumwhere

aah iv just found out that i can simply right click on the file and copy then paste it to the desktop

You could goto add remove programs, reove office, then repair, replace icons. simple.

Format your hard-drive, reinstall Windows, reinstall Office......there you go, one Outlook icon back!
