last night i raced a brand new mg zx thingy.........3 young daddy's lads in it, was on my way to pub with my missus inside lane at the lights the car pull up music bang bang bang no sub or nething just stereo full blast sounded shit....all 3 of them staring at my car n they started revving so i just laughed at them but my gf said race em. I even let them have a head start and still hammered them over took them n i was still in 1st theyd changed 2 second they obviously didnt realise mine was a 1.6

i try not to race to much as it aint clever but sometimes u just gota beaten fiesta zetec s, quiet a few paxos basically cos the drivers tend to irratate me pulling up in theyre halford kitted vtr's.

saxo 1.1 efforts are usually a good thing to fly past, also over faster cars that are already 1 or 2 gears ahead and in low revs so i can just fly past revving the bollocks outta my little engine to get an edge on them

I beat a W reg 318i BMW coupe much to the displeasure of the driver! He was some pompus yuppy twat, i thought it was funny. They arent fast before anyone says this is bull shit. Plus they aren't small cars either.

its not corsas, its the ppl who own them that think theyre fast cars/hot hatches.

loved my corsa 2 bits, but it was shit slow, much better cars out there performance wise

also note my piss taking of zetec-s and vtr's in the above list, and the vtr is a car that i like

Best and most memorable race was with a Astra mk4 1.8 16v from 0-120mph. Was Dead level the whole way, which i was well impressed with from the old Derv!

Oh, gotta say my bro's GTi6 blew me away like i was standing still.......altho the 40-80 slog was interesting!

I also once had a go at a big chunky new BM 5 series, that i got a serious pounding from. Sounds like a mammouth!!
