Fair enough, try this:
You should be able to select all the spreadsheet and go Edit > Copy then go into Word and do a Edit > Paste (not Paste Special) it'll import the spreadsheet into word and just select the whole thing again in word and Go Format > Change Case change it to what you want and Copy it again and paste it back into Excel.
Ive just tried it and it works. (save spreadsheet before you try it tho!! and check all your formulas have stayed in before you save it after changing the case!!)
Hope this helps mate.
