cus i got roped into running the bath half gotta do it in less than 2 weeks.
starting to brick it now. wondered if anyone else ran in one? or just run, if not how far they run in a week?

i used to do a lotta running when i trained for the forces, started off at 5mile every other day and then gradually built up, you need to prepare your body properly to adapt to that distance
i can do you 15mile a day now, not as fit anymore coz of booze

Yup, i did the great north run last september, i trained for nearly 6 months, starting at 2 miles, building up to the full distance of 13.1, then the last month was easing off before the race.
It took me 2 hrs 15 mins, was well chuffed!
The most i ever did ina week whe training was a ran 3 days a week for 10 miles each day, so 30 miles a week.
