i hate the things
trying to reinstall my toyota EPC
it is 12 meg in total, and tells me i dont have enuff space on harddrive
harddrive has 23gig free

Does Drew have a job? All he ever does is Format his HDD I bet that's what he is doing right now I end up formating a drive about once a month but i've got a few servers going.

If he's runnin XP, it could be that the toyota EPC don't support NTFS. so can't tell how much space is free
He'll format it & then try to install it again... And it more than likely won't work!
