How would I wire two neons in to the internal boot light

get one of those blue lil clip thingys and wack one on to the positive of the light + the positive from the neon and the same with the negative

Right bought the neons and clips. Just need to know which wire is which, there is a red one and a white one with what looks like brown on it. SO which is which and which ones on the neons they are the ones with the ciggy lighter adapter.
Its the boot light I'm wiring to by the way.
