Ok, on a normal day I will have a cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, chips – beans and chicken burger or something like that for tea, another cereal around 9ish and then some toast a couple of hours before bed. During that I’ll eat probably a bag of crisp, 2 or 3 chocolate biscuits and a chocolate bar. WOULD PEOPLE SAY I EAT TOO MUCH ??? I don’t really do any exercise as I drive a white van, sit in an office and go to uni.

Good question.

Breakfast usually a packet of this stuff called met-rx and I mix that with oatmeal and water

Then about an hour later i have packet of the met-rxstuff, but sometimes another brand like myoplex or the holland barret stuff protoplex.

Then for lunch , I eat about 5 or 6 eggs and a banana but sometimes i may just eat more met-rx

about two hours later something like more oatmeal with fruit

for tea something like potatoes and fish, like salmon, and veg

at about 10 I eat more met-rx

last thing before bed i eat this home made protein powder mixed with carb powder

sometime during the night I get up and eat, usually cornflakes and a litre of milk

I also drink coffee and take various food supplements

You know, when I try to eat a kebab I can never finish it.

I start and think I'm gonna finish but always end up giving it (the kebab) to my mates dog.

Gyms tend to be full of people standing about talking, and then the hardcore ones are all smashed up and full of roids heads.

I just train at home now, although I did train in gyms for years, skanky sweaty places.

You know there are more germs on gym equipment than the average public urinal.

You must be really carb sensitive (insulin insensitive) and you don't burn and process carbsvery well you store them as fat.

I'm the opposite, and if I do something like Atkins or Ketogenic I lose fuck all fat and a load of water.
I did the ketogenic diet (sort of like a hardcore atkins) and all I got was Ifelt like shit, when I finished it I ate two bozes of cheerios and I could see myself inflating in the mirror, no shit.

Well if you lower carbohydrates you get some things happening, go too low and you get into ketosis, which is ketones forming in the blood to replace glucose if you like, that can cause nausea. Probably cos you are insulin insensitive you can eat low carbs and be ok.

The main issue of low carbohydrates is when you eat carbs the brain releases this chemical called neuropeptide Y which make you crave more.

This is why when you eat one biscuit you need to eat the whole packet.

I have this knack of eating two 1 kg family sized trifles in one go, but I still am low fat 7% fat.

breakfast (like when i get up) nothing

Mid morning - some cereal

Lunch - usually nothing maybe an apple

Afternoon - Banana

Evening - Many different things really

All part of a weight reducing diet, at the momnet i training hard so weight is an issue gonna get ripped.

Heres a few pointers to:

Carbs - stuff like potateos, pasta, rice & bread (Good to eat before say excercise will turn to fat if you do not burn it off hence atkins diet)

Calories - Lower the calories the less engery you gain the less energy is stored as fat (High calories, peanuts, choclate, crisps, sugary foods, pastry products).

Fat - Speaks for itself really

Protein - Provides nurioushment for your muscles (to grow) & other parts of the body.

there lots more, these are jus some of the main ones

u2u me if you have a question
