get pics up after driving down a one way street pulled round the corner car just parked in space diaganol clipped his rear he had shitty golf n he was nearly in tears i said how the fuck do u think i feel ur car is shite neway least mine was decent, mine need's new front panel, wing, bonnet, bumper and new morrettes. in a way im glad cos when it goes in body shop im getting my kit fitted as well as the other work which is going through insurance, and theyre knocking money of the fitting f kit from the money they will save from not having to order front bumper. Dnt think this kid is insured as he was addoment i pay cash for his damage and everytime ive said insurance i got no no lets not go down that route will cost u in the long run as if he doing me the favour ??? apperently hes on his dads trade insurance we shall see sorry bout the essay.

Prob doesnt wanna go thru insurance as he doesnt want to lose his no claims, or maybe his dad will kill him if he's on his trade insurance.
Also it will be beneficial if you dont go thru insurance, if its your fault then you will lose your no claims and your insurance premium will go up too.
Settle it between yourselves mate.

Yeah if he's being funny then make sure you get his insurance details then phone up just to make sure, If he aint got none tell him to GTF

Best to get there details, even if your not going to use them - just incase

Yes if he definitely doesnt have insurance then phone the police. But he doesnt deffo know this, was just an assumption.
Get his details by all means, but settling outside of insurance may be better

cheers for replys guys but corsa5dr my no claims r protected so wont lose any no claims and premium wont go up  even if this lad claims on me it wont alter i just dont want him getting away with having not got insurance i reckon hes somehow managed to get on a trade policy after the acident has happened??

Ask for proof that he was insured at time of accident as your insurance have been informed and are asking for his details regardless if your going to go through them or not.
If he hasnt got any, he dosnt have a leg to stand on.....shoulda got police involved when it happened mate

yeah mate cos its in mums name and we have Full no claims protected we rung insurance for advice and we have been told wont affect our premium what so ever just need to pay excess but its gona work out okay cos gona get me kit fitted when it goes in body shop to be repaired

if this lad has got insurance im still contesting it as he was pakred illegally about a foot sticking out of the parking space and i have a photo so my insurance have told me if it goes to court and i wont accept liabilty if they feel we will lose the company will accept liabilty on my behalf.

u cant complain if he is parked up.. only if he pulls out
mate went to get out his car.. opend door an inch to look but car comin along road got so near it scraped mirror and door.. wasnt drivers fault tho.. was my mates cos he entered line of traffic.. even if other driver drove like an idiot

should have gone to police station then with his reg plate and explained what happened.
should have said he wouldnt give you his insurance details and then they would have got in touch with him and ask him to produce his insurance details to them.
thats what i did when this guy hit me and drove off blameing me.
police got his insurance details for me, if he refused i could have taken him to court.

dont matter neway cos doesnt make a diff if he claims or not just want to make sure he isnt getting away with saying maybe some1 who is insured on the car claims like his dad or somit, cos im positive this lad isnt insured on this car he even said "ill get cheapest quote possible and ill put some to it myself" now if thats not the sound of sum1 without insurance i dont know what is
