only due to low down torque mate once a 1.4 16v hits a better rev range i.e making better tourque at higher revs it'll pull away from the diesel. Its just renound for its instant low down torque

whats the book figures for the diesel then?

What was he driving before to be sooo thrilled by his 1.3 diesel - a bloody 700cc Panda??

It wont 'rape' a 1.4 16v if it has approx 70BHP? I'd go learn about your suspension mate, if you think its 'fixed' to the car

1.3 with 70bhp n he is saying rapid, ppl on here mate have wht u call rapid, 2.0 16's, beardys 230 bhp .......

fair point but for the first 500 miles the ecu is restricting the diesel pump so cant drive it hard. so no matter how hard i drive it its ok

so because i dont own a 2.0 16v corsa i aint good enough. sorry but i drove a 1.2 before and this is so much quicker. sorry if ive hurt you though like. grow up
