im after a full system 4 my sport.
not interested in cheapy crap ones, dont mind spendin 250plus.
was thinking of jetex. fancy twin square pipes. anyone fitted one? or can anyone recommend a good exhaust that doesnt hang low, or is too loud?
i only want noise above 4k..would like a discreet sound.

yeah..the scorpion is good, but it does look at a bit of an angle.
is that just fitment or is it the way they fit on Corsas?
mongoose i hear are one of the best fitments and quality of construction around. ( nice price too )..

mongoose are not the best fitment and the rear boxes rub on the suspension and u have to put a kink in the box to make it clear
i preffer my magnex had it on my car four years now and still sounds the nuts

I've also got the BFO exhaust on my 1.6 Sport. It rumbles under 4,000 rpm and really screams at 6,000 - everyone's a winner

joff, figured out why yours sounds louder than mine, simple really, de-cat pipe, makes the car so much louder!

I've got a twin exit Powerflow on mine but it sounds wank.
It's got a really nasty Nova-esque rasp at low rpm and just makes a fcukin din after that. Think maybe I should have left the centre silencer in, don't suppose no cat helps either. Also the right hand side one spits filthy water out on to the bumper which looks a real mess.
I'm gonna have a go at ditchin it when I have some time, my dad has a Micron bike race can that he isn't using anymore so I'll see how that sounds.

Some people might like the sound, it's just not for me. It's too loud inside the car aswell, you have to shout when giving it some.
I got it mainly for the looks tbh and because my Irmscher box wouldn't fit the bumper.
I'll have to dig this thread out and delete my postings should I decide to sell it.

It had a 1litre in when I got it done, the cat went when I put the 2litre in, not through choice.
I kinda wish I'd left the centre section in though, reckon I got a bit carried away.
I think its the secondary pipe that makes it sound bad, that's where most of the rasp comes from.
