rims cost me £66 each from vaux, plus 6 quid each on the centre caps. then got my tyres from mytyres.co.uk

For the 16" 5 spokes? Vauxhall charge more than that for the 15"SXI alloys.

Not saying I don't believe you, just that my local dealer charged more than that for a 15" SXI alloy, and it was almost £100 for four centre caps. So I bought Opel caps direct from OPC for less than the cost of one Vauxhall one

the 15" ones use metal ones?
cos the 16's are just clip on plastic bits.

The 15" SXI wheels and the 16" SRI wheels both use the same plastic centre cap. Its odd, but I called in a local dealer on Saturday, this time they quoted me £8.80 each for the caps and the wheels are £70 each, prices are without VAT added. The same dealer quoted me silly money for those caps a while ago.
I'm surprised how cheap the wheels are, I might buy another one to have a matching spare.

i know so was 1, got a complete brand new set of rims and tyres for just over 400 quid, not bad i thought.
rob, look on ebay, there is sometimes the odd 1 of those rims on there
