I doubt it, summat has tripped it doesnt do ANYTHING when you push the power switch which means its detected a problem with ATX yes??

If it was still wet when you tried to boot it, it could of shorted something inside so would fcuk it up! If its not doing anything when you press the powerswitch, the motherboard could be stuffed!
If your feeling brave, disconnect all the power leads from inside the PC, then plug the power supply into the mains while completely unplugged from all components in the PC. Then on the ATX Connector, bridge the Green wire & any of the block ones (there is only one green wire). This tricks the PSU in thinking its connected to the motherboard, so if the fans in the PSU start wizzing, then your motherboard and/or any other components is fcuked!!

I'm not that brave lol.
Also it was RUNNING when he poured it in there, and inside was soaked.
It does seem like motherboard trouble, it did this b4 when one of the cards wasnt plugged in properly, some sort of safety thing??

im scared by the use of the word "poured" in this explanation. Did he literally just pour a 1/2 pint of water into your PC like he wantd to see what would happen or something?!

if it was turned on then when the water was poured on...
may aswell build a new machine!! even if the board is dried out, between then & now, the tracks & connections can rust slightly!!

Technically YES.
He hit his hand on the desk with a pint glass of water in his hand and through some amazing feat of accuracy managed to throw the entire contents directly into the top fan on the case and into the pc.
He says a DOS prompt came up and it shut down, then restarted at which point he pulled the power cable out!!!!
