When you say it won't start, what exactly does it do when you try?

ok didnt unclip any wiring from the engine and didnt take the airbox off. but i did have to move a big black box ( ) to take the wing off. no idea what it does but it HAS been put back to where it was before. it has a hose going to it which comes from under the car (possibly from the back of the car??)
what it does is..... i turn the key round in the ignition and the dash lights up. then i turn it to start it and it just clicks loudly and all my dash lights go out
any idea what it could be guys?

oh and adam, no it was a rectangular box bolted between my wing and my inner wing. does have pipes going to and from it tho. and it looks like they could be fuel lines too.
