well when u go over a bump in a real low car u lift her off the ground. the back of the car lifts and the wheels sorta drop and cos the springs are so compressed there only sittin in her and so can fall out.

falling out can be a possibility with really low springs, should be ok with 60mm, 70mm may cause problems.
Plus you will knacker your shocks quicker if its that low, will be best to upgrade them

knew a friend of mine, went with his corsa to the MOT

Corsa was lowered -50 round with only springs.

When the lifted the car, the rear springs fell of.

Advice,

Best to take a complete set.

By the way,

casper_ac from where are you?

No, I mean he bought springs without shock absorbers.
People here can give you a verry good advice about which suspension is the best.

Best to take adjustable in height, when you go 2 the MOT, you can higher your car if you pass the MOT with this kind of springs.

How is the police against tuned cars there and is the MOT easy?

if the emissions arent below a sertain level it wil fail so have to put standard back box on again and if any part of car touches ground it will fail and if the wheels rub at all on arches itll fail!
police wil do a tuned car more easily than an ordinary one but wats new?exhausts sometimes cos bother cos of the noise but not oftem!
