ICV probably, thats wht it was on mine. You need to get the sensor cleaned more than likely, that fixed it on mine.

If the problem is that as you take your foot off the throttle the revs drop too much it might be that the back stop for the throttle body needs adjusting.

sounds like a flap or door openin n closin hence the clonk sound
much is new icv? or clean?
what is an icv?
sometimes when acceleratin wont let me go above 2k revs unless put clutch down then more gas

icv, just ur car idleling lower than it shud hence it feeling like its gona stall easy prob to fix mate shudnt cost much

That new or reconditioned?
Think I got same prob, revs high on start up and all over the place on idle. Sometimes got no power in rev range too.

Dav: your describing my problem with the adition of me losing power trying to pull away from junctions.
ECU code was air flow mass meter and i've got one on order from vauxhall.
A MAF costs about £250 from vauxhall by the way, lucky i get it on network Q!
