Playa De Las Americas is where you wana head, and as already mentioned, Veronicas Strip is where its all at.
Watch out for the hores, they will try and have thier hands down your trousers faster than you can blink 
dont buy shit off the looky looky men, but also dont give them attitude (learnt that one the hard way  )

pmsl i told1 of them to fuk off and he went and got all his m8s to try to make me buy summet and it almost ended up ina fight

The looky looky people 
Los Cristianos is more for the older people I would say... but cool none-the-less!
La Boca is a great english place for food Its jus round the corner from Linekers etc...
Last 3 years me an Nat did Fuertaventura (Corralejo), Tenerife (Playas) an then last yr Gran Canaria (Ingles) and Playas was by far the best (all Oct time BTW) and we have so many great memories from all... I can still see everywhere we went etc Im sure u'll have a great time mate

yeah it was cheap as chips mate actually we are bang smack in the middle between los christianos and playas so either way going wit the missus so should be sweet sweet sweet!

Was that on Veronicas?? As we wnt in early Oct it was quiet there so we went to The Royal then like Leonardos and Starco etc... mostly Leonardos

Its alright you've just got to accept that they are there and that usually you can just say no thanks and they will go away but watch out for the Chinese woman who will try and nick your stuff whilst they show you stuff - as a general rule just say no thanks to all the black/chiense people and keep hold of your stuff - they will then usually disappear but just be careful of them They are bloody annoying nut thereisnt anything you can do about them!
