messed around with spring/shocks combinations and come up with a smooth but sporty ride.
i'm running koni's with eibach -30mm but am wondering with to get higher poundage 2.0 front springs from courtenay or cossvaux as it's a very bouncy ride.
or would it be better to fit coilovers?
cars like the astra 2.2 sri have tight factory suspension without the extreme bouncing, surely someone must have solved this problem before... .

Coilover are best for comfort because you are3 not changing the springs height but where they sit on the dampers.

i would probably set them at the highest setting 50mm. from what i've read the fk highsports are softer than the koniegs allthough they are none adjustable.

Coilovers are the best choice.
But dont only use them... please weight the car and make a custom ones.
KW does them custom...
Bilstein and Eibach also can be used
as the dumps can be changed and the springs can be replaced.
