no cos me and the ex hav kisd 50-50, he lets me claim wftc instead of me gettin child support off him, means i get more in the long run cos he is self employed and can declare his wages as £90 a week

The CSA would make sure he pays his way. If he wants to declare false earnings, the CSA would be smart and the Inland Revenue would soon send round investigators.
I know people that work in the CSA and Inland Revenue, I also know dads that pay fuck loads to the CSA every month. They don't back down. The way they look at it is the father of the kids should pay the way instead of the tax payer and personally I think thats 100% right!
