i know its not as bad but still says how screwed the system is - my ex just got 180 hours community service.
he nicked bout 20 birthday cards from little kids (he was postman and cards have money etc) and loads of credit cards, drew 50 quid out of each at least, over 300 out of one. He has a previous conviction for stealin a car, joyriding without drivers licence, stealin a postmans bag and loads more. PLUS, he did a runner when he was due in caught and was put on remand.
Hes a fuckin psycho, whacked me on my b'day last year and also apparantly threatened his mum with a knife few years back. Sick bastard - as if 180 hours community service will do anything - shitty system
its well bad bout that kid btw. gutted
