Just prise the bit plastic bit off from inside the door. (The bit where your tweeters are) and there are some screws behind it.

its just held one by 4 white interior clips,
aint a hard job

They're clipped on by 5 small clips, 2 at the top, 2 at the bottom and 1 on the 'outside' edge.
Fiddly bastards though, best bet is a small flat screwdriver and patience TBH
