I can't believe what I saw this morning!!

J reg 1.6 Honda Civic WITH GREEN L PLATES ON.

First of all... cuts me up on a big roundabout.

The procedes down one of the main roads into Blackburn, stopping everytime a car passed.

Everytime they came across a car which was turning right from the other side of the road they would stop and block then entrance for about 10 seconds then carry on.

Came to a cross junction with traffic lights and turned left while the lights were on red.


WHAT THE FUCK!! THEIR EXAMINER MUST HAVE BEEN UNCONCIOUS WHEN THEY TOOK THEIR TEST
