for those of you that were following my progress with the on going saga of my property developing of the Studio Flat, it has had a good few steps foward this last week.
I've now finished painting the Lounge/Bedroom, Bathroom/toilet and the Entrance Hall.
It seem sto have taken ages
I've just got to complete the kitchen now.
Then a trip to IKEA to get some 'stuff' in it... ready to rent it all.
Check out ALL the on going pix here.. and the latest upto date ones

You can't eat a brick... but property goes up a hell of a load more than money in the bank.
(brag mode NOT on)
But i have Three poperties now... and still live at home for £40 a week!! lol.
No time for ANYthing keeping my eye on the other two and sorting this one out. Oh and running Neoquip.com
all takes time and money!
If you can get your foot on the property ladder.. do it.
This flat was only £25k...last June '03
Yes Fully Furnished means you will get everything you need... IKEA do wicked Pan and 'nu starter' kitchen sets lol
The washer is already in.. and i'll get a fridge when i've finished decorating.

Or the 1 bedroom, 3 room postage stamp flats that were for sale in Maidenhead for £1.5 million. They even had an underground car park, which floods about 3 times a year, and when I say flood I mane it. All these peoples cars get completely submerged with river water from the Thames
