hey there everyone. just wondering if anybody would be interested in stuff like this for there c. this is the tid covered in suede alcantara in a grey/anthracite colour. my girlfriends dad is an upholsterer and he does stuff like this in his business. any other people be interested in stuff like this for their c and how much would a reasonable price be for doing stuff like this??

i can see this being very exclusive for my car then. unfortunately the material cost 12.95 and it took him 1.5 hours so itd be about 45-50 quid.
oh well. exclusivity!!

we stripped the display area down and then we got the dimensions of the display housing and cut the alcantara to measure. its then double seemed on the inside and then single seamed twice on the outside. rolled over the inside of it and then tucked away behind a lip on the underside of the display. the holes for screws and locating points are all retained and final job looks pukka. we're goin cover a fair bit in me motor as a sort of demo. next is the tweeter trim on the doors.

and after that we're doing the rear 1/4 trims where the seatbelts bolt in. the big white things. its gonna br proper bo i tell thee

£10 - £15 i think ppl wud pay. Get him to list it on eBay. I don't have a Corsa yet but will be intrested once i've saved up for one. Oh well, me brand new 206 will be here in a few weeks

im afraid he uses only proper alcantara. cheaper stuff wears dead quick and looks pants when stretched over a surface. me thinks ill keep my exclusivity!!

like u said though just pull off. the bastard things are the blue clips that hold it in and then getting it back in by where the trim is for the front seatbelt.
next thing is tweeter trim. goin shave out the little grille where the tweeter sits behind and then cover it and then have a adjustable movement tweeter where the cut out was. goin look smart.
