........ in 8 and half years driving 
thought id take corsa out for a run seein as its sunny and just about 5 min from home when passed coppers in a lay by i knew they were gonna stop me when they pulled out 
gave the car a proper going over with his little black book luckily not got a fine but have to get wiper blade replaced, number plates changed and rear tyre to arch clearance sorted 
they were proper goin on one about the nos and reckoned they had never seen a car so heavily modified on the road  i told them it was for show then they made me pop bonnet so i pretended to break the already half broken catch but he got some pliers and pulled the wire then said "hmmmmm that looks all wired up and ready to go to me" DOH!!!
then we started arguin about ins kus he reckons if u have a policy where u can drive any car third party only u have to tell ure ins company any mods that the car u are drivin have incase u crash or they wont pay out on it!!!! well they arnt goin to its third party only
i was lucky i suppose but im not impressed they were checkin EVERYTHING

he said the arches had been rubbed smooth by the tyre i said no u do that to stop em catchin but it didnt go down very well he was well fuckin anal
he even moaned that vauxhall pay millions to get thier cars up to standard for people like me to go around changin them so much and not bein up to standard any more and i said well thats wot MOT is for isnt it
if id of got a fine for plates i wouldnt of been happy

you dont have to sort the arches, they were just being wankers, look at the gap with standard bmw arches, thet were just being dicks. all you have to do is produce your docs

well thats wot i was arguin with him about i said thats like everytime u get in a car thats not ures u have to ring ure ins to tell em the mods he said its in the small print that its only standard spec cars which i never knew
with ref to drivin a car with no ins yes u can as its ure ins but if its parked up and gets knicked or causes an accident its not

what size wheels do u have!
get the metal cut back and the archs bent if necesary, my car only rubs a tad now and i hate that, duno how u can drive itif it rubs all the time.
