yesh
you need engine gearbox and loom £1000-£1500
conversion kit with additional body work mount aprox £550
bigger brakes
Front mounted intercooler £400 odd (cheaper if use a frontera one)
then for luck:
service bits ie cambelt, water pump, tensioner, oil filter, complete gasket set
the list can go on forever

need the engine from an old astra gte 16v jobbie obviously, or outta a gsi astra, gsi cavalier or outta calibra 16v
unfortunately there are not many low mileage ones about as its an old engine, but they are pretty solid, if you do it make sure you change all the gaskets etc cambelt etc plugs leads.
try and get hold of one that is still in a car so you can hear it running, and take the car for a drive, that way its easier to spot a buggered engine

this is what you need dependingon spec:
C20 LET engine from cav or cally turbo.
F20/F28 gearbox (depending how much u wanna spend) (F28 is another £400 on conversion kit)
Wiring loom
Fitiing kit from MTECH (driveshafts mounts etc)
Add another £90 for a bodywork mount if ures is 16v
Uprated brakes
Uprated suspension with proper poundage rate on springs (300lb fr and 150lb rear?)
Exhaust
Bits as mat said like heads n cambelt, possibly get it re-built before as well.

youll need to find out poundage rate on springs but youll probably need to uprate them.
C20 LET isnt an ecotech engine, its the only 2lr turb that will go in a corsa other than a corsa c which can use the newer Z20 LET

C20let turbo engine
Loom
Gearbox f20,f28 6speed
Suitable driveshafts
hubs
anti roll bar lowering brackets
uprated brakes and possibley get the rear disc conversion
make up some mounts for moving the radiator forward a few inch
or cut out the bulk head and re-weld it in half a foot back but this will mean making different type of mounts i think
modify the exhaust or make a whole system if your good with a welder
and then save the insurance money, but get quotes first before you go ahead

a front mounted intercooler isn't a must, but they are handy to have and give a bit more power
