PVD havent rung back again. Im getting the law involved. They wont give me a refund so I have no other choice. And Pete wont come on the phone to talk about it either. This must be fraud and I WILL get my money back.

This is an absoloutely shocking company. How they can treat their customers in this way and still be allowed to trade is beyond me.

If u hadnt guessed allready, Im not happy but I think I have good reason to be mad

The PVD horror stories continue! Just threaten to cancel order and want a refund, however if you do that it will probably take them a month to perform a refund! Ive had the worst customer service off them that ive EVER recieved purchasing ANYTHING in my life and will NEVER deal with them again. Also I dont see how they HAVE to take money from your account immediatley??

Why did you purchase from them? You can get virtually EVERYTHING they sell elsewhere for the same if not better prices (mailorder) and guess what, the others have it in stock! They need to sort their customer service and delivery times, if their suppliers are crap then they should change them! COMMON posts like these must surely be damaging for them so why do they continue to give poor service?

its seems that the "Problems with PVD" threads are becoming as frequent as the "What do i need for a 2ltr conversion" threads

Yeah I've had problems with them too, when you show a bit of interest in a product, they keen untill they actually have to do something, then their enthusiasm dies down a bit, they dont contact you, or return calls, or let you know when theres a problem, useless!!!!

it makes you wonder how their still in business.

agree with jambo that ringing them is the only way forward but i also think these "problems with PVD" threads are no bad thing...from what ive heard PVD customer service is total wank. Darren (ipswichcorsa) has been waiting over 10 weeks for a set of wheels he was told would take no more than 2 weeks Like many people have said most of the problems aren't caused by PVD themselves, more there suppliers but if people were rung and informed of what was happening they would be a lot more understanding!! From what i have heard from other people i certainly wouldnt order from them. Another IMO people shouldnt u2u Joff with PVD problems, he only works there let the lad have some time off Give them a call and try and speak to Vicky or Pete. Hope you get it sorted soon dude

i agree that most of the delays are not their fault, but the bit that really lets them down is the lack of communication as said.

If you ordered something and was told 2 weeks, then they found out it would take longer and as such rang you and explained the situation i'm sure most people wudnt mind ....

This is the thing that annoys me about it. They dont let u know wots happening. I wouldnt mind if they let me know wots goin on. I ordered from them cos I knew they could get the wheels in the correct offset seeing as they are Vauxhall Specialists! Seems Im not the only one that has had a bad experience. Dont know how they can go on if they treat all their customers like this. Will ring again this morning.

Must be 12 weeks now i reckon Speak to Joff and he'll do his best I reckon. I kept ringing and ringing but then spoke to Vicki who said she'd look into it and then Joff rang me the next day - wheels should hopefully be here in next couple of weeks

PVD LOL!! I ORDERED A PSG KIT OFF EM AT START OF SEPTEMBER 2002 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS. AFTER WEEKS OF RINGING EM UP EVERYDAY TO C WOT WAS GOIN ON THEY SAID IT WAS BEIN SHIPPED OUT TOMMORO STRAIGHT FROM PSG. I FINALLY RECD THE KIT ON THE 30TH DEC 02. THATS 3 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR A KIT THAT OTHERS HAD IN STOCK AND AT A BETTER PRICE. I PAID £600 FOR THE STANDARD KIT AT THE TIME WEN I ORDERD IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER. SO I ORDERED A NEW EXHAUST SOME SPRINGS AND BFO CONE AND ALL THEY COULD DISCOUNT ME WAS NOT EVEN 5%!!!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
