jus wanted summin simple, kinda a spur of the monent thing! jus like to say ive never done anything like this before! it was designed in photoshop

kinda pleased with the result though, took around 4 hours ish, and only cost about £15!

pics below:





i know there is a gap in the bottom left, but it was real hard suttin out the shape of his clio boot!

thinkin of puttin in some pc fans to keep it cool, but unsure how to wire them up?

whaddya think anyway?

thats the plan for it. but i decided to move the amp to the middle, as the boot was flat there (if u get wot i mean?)

Just a Q, how is the bottom layer of MDF secured to the car.

do peeps screw the mdf into it or drill holes and bolt it tight?

well if he did that he wouldnt be able to carry a spare if he wanted to

no its not screwed down for hte reason that netrix said. it doesnt move anyway coza the weight and its a tight fit! weren 2 hard to do, jus the planning is the hardest!

cool. i'm doing mins soon but only covering half the boot length ways.

so i can get the sparewheel oyt. not sure how to secure it. just gotta make it a tight fit!!

y u only doing half a boot? wil make it harder?

with this install, ah he gota do is left up the top level, then out with the sub, then take out the bottom level. bout a minute job

I can get the spare wheel out of mine, i did it like this.....





Then put a second layer on slightly smaller, with a circular bit to fill the gap which can be easily removed to access the spare.
