Why the hell does my players get knackerd all the time, play them 5 games and they need a rest. Any ideas

Sort out ya training. Training them too much or too little will have this effect. Also, check the fitness duing the game, if its getting low, sub them and they'll be fine for the next match.

i have that problem but only with certain players, also seems to be the younger players.

Mabey there stamina levels are not very high??
